CasE Study: Service source
Challenge
Service Source, a leader in the renewals business, was ringing up billions in sales by managing the process of renewing licenses for software like Adobe's Creative Cloud. However, they were more comfortable speaking in spreadsheets than in headlines, and came to Salt Branding for a rebrand.
Solution
I lead the verbal side of their rebranding effort, developing a distinctive new brand voice and high-level messaging copy that was fresh and fun. Taking a cue from the visual language the client had selected, I introduced joy and personality into their brand voice. Then, I collaborated with our design team on a series of vignettes that served as the cornerstone of the new brand, ready for a variety of contexts from billboards to presentations.
